La società Expo 2015 Spa comunica che allo scadere dei termini prefissati per la ricezione delle offerte relative alla fornitura in noleggio, con posa in opera, degli allestimenti tecnologici dell’Albero della Vita e relativi servizi di manutenzione e assistenza, ha ricevuto due offerte. La prima dalla RTI Agorà S.r.l. – Botw S.r.l. – Ternana Impianti S.r.l.; la seconda dalla Hanzhou Panasign Co. LTD, Società di diritto cinese.
La Commissione di gara di Expo 2015 Spa, riunitasi in seduta pubblica alle ore 15, dopo aver esaminato le proposte pervenute, ha constatato come una delle due offerte fosse arrivata dalla Cina e quindi senza diritto di partecipare al bando in quanto il Paese non ha aderito agli accordi di reciprocità internazionale per gli appalti europei.
L’aggiudicazione definitiva all’offerta della RTI Agorà S.r.l. – Botw S.r.l. – Ternana Impianti S.r.l. è subordinata al parere dell’Autorità Nazionale Anti Corruzione.
