AUSTRALIAN ACTOR CATE BLANCHETT IS TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE JURY OF THE FESTIVAL DE CANNES, THE 71ST EDITION OF WHICH WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN MAY 2018.
